Interdealer reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account holders access to the web site. Where possible, Interdealer will endeavour to inform customers.

Interdealer is not liable for any failed transactions between dealers.

Interdealer holds no responsibility for the condition or functionality of the vehicle being bought or sold.

All listed prices are inclusive of GST.

Acceptance of a vehicle purchase will subsequently result in payment required within 24 hours from the point of purchase.

If a vehicle is not paid for within the stated timeframe, the vehicle status will change from “Pending” back to “Stock”.

Customers are responsible for the invoicing of their stock to any third party, and are responsible to arrange payment and freight collection in a timely manner.

Interdealer will take all reasonable steps to receive and process any transactions. Interdealer cannot guarantee and is not liable if any transaction fails to be accepted as a result of a technical error.
